Our home, The Severn Trow, takes its name from the boats that carried
cargo along the river. From the 17th century it has catered for the
needs of the boatmen and other travellers as an ale house, lodgings
and brothel.
The colourful lifestyle of the Severn Trow has long since gone, and
now in its place is a peaceful retreat. One that has thankfully retained
many of its historical features.
These features include a 17th century fireplace, original Jackfield
mosaic floor, and the original brewhouse (now serving as our entrance
hall).
All of our guests bedrooms have kingsize beds and ensuite shower rooms.
Each room has television, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities.
For added peace of mind there is a safe in each room
