Hi we’re Ken and Sara and together we manage and run The Trow. Apart from being busy running our business we’re both real foodies - and love to prepare meals from fresh local ingredients and stuff we’ve grown ourselves.

Ken has been running the Trow since 2005 (with a break in 2009/10 for family reasons) but Sara is relatively new to it all having just moved up from London in Summer 2010. Sharing our home is a real pleasure for us - and we love to meet new guests and show you the very best that the Gorge and this beautiful county have to offer. Our aim is to run a B+B you’ll want to return to again and again. We think the Trow is a very special place - and we hope you’ll agree.
